Panic Attack...

I suppose we are all vulnerable to that awful state called "Panic" it can pass in a moment, or malinger all day and night... it can run away with you like a toboggan down a steep hill... it is a state of complete confusion, not knowing what to do to avoid it...

it is close to losing your mind in a dangerous extreme, your in danger of losing touch with reality, like a cerebral cyber attack, that you cant hack yourself out of... in an elevator on 9/11 just as the power goes, and the building moves... the dread and fear of the end is universal throughout humankind...

what can you do but Pray like there was no tomorrow... coz today was hell please dont let me wake to another yesterday... I would rather meet my maker... snappy as poss please, no deathbed protracted finality...

make it clean like a Guillotine...
