Despise with all your living breathing palpitating heart, but keep your RAGE within in a "cool dry place" as a Weak person cannot contain it and lets it go like a party balloon going off, right in your face... a balloon full of nasty toxic farts...
do nothing. be silent. dont react.
that is the true mark of a persons character, to hold your Silence and yet be able to defend it, these kind of people are even less likely to PANIC...
But hidden feelings sometimes revolt like the French revolution and destroy half of what it seems to win and protect... that is the essence of Sociological schizophrenia, when hate explodes individually and Nationally... very scary indeed, but WHO can suppress their apoplectic primal emotion to do the "irrational" thing instead of the sensible thing...
thats why people go to jail, because they could not HIDE THE HATE anymore... only a weak Man folds his hand when your opponent goes "all-in"
