Have you noticed how inordinately over priced Vet's are? they Gotcha by playing on your sentimentality, They offered to clean Bubba's Teeth for the discounted price of £650 = $867... is that do-able for most old folk who have a pet....

That is where they have you in their "Claws" they gamble your weakness and love for your dog or whatever... to Pay, just like the Mafia does...
