Design n Build a LED number plate, on un-powered state the original Number plate is always displayed... (HARDWIRED) but when you get to the app when engine is on, you can display anything you can fit, for fun and frivolity.... even moving from right to left to display at least 128 characters "anything you can think of DUH" 

make it sell it on eBay for £199.00 and you will make a substantial sum, it may become illegal but... who cares, you make a Killing... baby...
