Its not good to be tense, in the present for the past tense.. but it pays to always have worry ready to protect You.... Paranoia can be your most caring friend, who stick's closer than a blood brother...

Fear is a healthy reflex, dont eradicate it from your mind, but also dont let it control you either... its a happy balance, Your worst enemy is to become too relaxed... thats when you get robbed mugged murdered, ripped off, raped, cheated, and end up in court.... fucked broke beaten blue and Banged up for being a "no-brainer" who didnt evaluate the situation with caution... Keep fear in your back pocket.. or a holster that's easy to reach..

Paranoia really can save Your life... listen to your inner advocate, check into your fears; when you feel you let go for too long, once an hour?.. with every 7th thought, dont rush; dont trust any free standing ladder or smooth talking stranger... dont be seduced by what intoxicates your desires, be a policeman of the Soul, and be suspicious of all.. and think at least twice, before you lose it all on one throw of the dice... Always try to be polite and nice, but dont sell your heart at any price... who is rich enough to buy a miracle.. Who is too poor to risk nothing on an instinct...

get scared every day, coz; one day, it will be time to get a good hit of adrenaline and run like a rat, so you dont get shot in the back.. how an entire destiny can hang on one wrong decision, is proven throughout History, Dont trust anyone until they save your life for nothing... like Jesus did..

Yet beware of Greeks bearing gifts.. a soft and comfortable sofa can suck out your mind and make you vulnerable to wrong directions, Punish yourself; and earn your slumbers, push pedals, cold water, never be too happy, as that leads to sorrow.. always be on the threshold of Hope, but keep one foot back; ready for crushing disappointment..

and learn to Fight back.. when you need to.. but if you had listened to your paranoia, you wouldnt have to, coz you'd be safe and warm watching TV, keeping away from other peoples problems and free...
