People are fucking themselves into an oblivion of overcrowding... when Rats are over abundant they eat each other... bring in a Breeding Law, some people dont deserve to replicate... but unfortunately the Rubicon is crossed and it is too late to stop, so all I advise you to do is Brace for impact...
